Whether you are buying a multi-million dollar family estate or looking to downsize at retirement, my job is to make the entire experience as seamless and stress-free for you as possible. In today’s high-stakes luxury market, you need an experienced, knowledgeable realtor with insights into current trends and pricing, someone who knows the area, listens to your needs, and is available and committed to helping you reach your goals. And that’s before negotiations even begin.

I believe in traditional values—honesty, integrity, reliability and compassion—while embracing the newest technology and tools to enhance my client’s interest. I believe in listening to my clients and going beyond the ordinary to deliver exceptional service.

The heart of my business is in Greater Downtown Savannah and I live and work in the Landmark Historic District, but my expertise extends across the area, from stately Ardsley Park, mid-century modern Midtown and the Islands to the Southside and inland towards our growing communities like Richmond Hill and Pooler.

When you need a real estate professional, I have the knowledge, dedication and service you need to reach your dreams.

A member of the NAR and a GAR Licensed Realtor® since 2005, Ron has been a member of the million dollar Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Board of Realtors® every consecutive year since 2006. Ron first handled luxury properties at Cora Bett Thomas Realty, then joined Keller Williams Realty Savannah Downtown in 2009, the No. 1 brokerage in sales and volume in Savannah for 2010 and 2011. Ron is trained as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing specialist and has been a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing since 2007.

As a Keller Williams Luxury Agent, Ron has access to numerous resources within the national and international high-end property market. As the KW Agent Leadership Council’s (ALC) 2011 KW Cares Chairman, Ron oversaw local KW fundraising activities, including Red Day, the KW national fundraising day of community service. Ron also served on the 2010-11 SABOR Technology Committee, the guiding counsel for new practices and technology to Savannah’s real estate board. He is presently serving as a director on the board of the Savannah Multi List Corporation, a Savannah Area Board of Realtors-owned entity.

Raised near the Victorian-era town of Saratoga Springs, New York, the leading summer resort in America during the 1800s, Ron was attuned to the unique charm and significance of historic communities from the start. He was purchasing and managing properties in his home town but one visit to Savannah changed everything. “I knew immediately that I wanted to live here. The history, the people, the architecture—it just spoke to me.” In August, 1990, Ron and his friend Jim Cox, a British architect and Professor Emeritus of Architectural History at the University of Virginia, were back.
Ron and Jim’s purchase of a significant 1853 home on Calhoun Square was just one factor in Ron’s decision to become a Realtor. “I want to share what I’ve found here with others. There’s no place like it and nowhere else I’d rather be.”
In addition to his full-time profession and a passion for plants, Ron belongs to many community organizations, including the Historic Savannah Foundation, English Speaking Union, Downtown Business Association, SCADMOA (SCAD’s new Museum of Art) and the Downtown Neighborhood Association, where he served as Ward Captain of Calhoun Square for many years. Currently, he is serving as President of the Savannah Chapter of the Victorian Society of America.
