Rana Hunter Williams joined Keller Williams NYC in January of 2012 as Executive Director of the Luxury Homes Division, an elite group of real estate consultants raising the bar for service in the upper tier property market. She is also a qualified Keller Williams Global Property Specialist, served for four years on the Company’s Associate Leadership Council and is President of the Rana Williams Team, a group of seasoned real estate professionals and a talented administrative staff. She was Keller Williams NYC’s top producer in 2015 and was awarded with the Company’s Double Diamond award for 2013 for having achieved that year’s highest earnings. Selected as an industry expert from over 90,000 agents by Keller Williams International, Rana was asked to serve on panels at both their 2014 annual Keller Williams International conference in Phoenix, Arizona and their 2013 Luxury Homes Retreat in Las Vegas, Nevada and at the 2016 Keller Williams International Conference facilitated a panel of Luxury agents from across the country.
Rana began her career with Charles H. Greenthal, one of the City’s leading managing agents, where she became their top selling agent. She was later hired by Donald Trump to establish and manage Trump Sales and Leasing, the residential general brokerage division for The Trump Corporation, which position she held for approximately 19 years before joining Keller Williams NYC. She was also their top selling agent. Recognized as one of the City’s leading residential brokers and with a sales record of over a billion dollars, Rana has a list of accomplishments achieved by very few. She is a well-respected member of the real estate community, widely recognized by clients, customers and colleagues for her consummate professionalism and discretion. She built her reputation over the years as a hardworking, honest broker with a direct, always professional style, enhanced by astounding tenacity, extraordinary creativity and inspired negotiating skills. In representing both sellers and purchasers, Rana has often been responsible for creating and closing deals unseen or unimagined by others.
